Manager, Business Development

Optimoz is looking for a tech savvy and energetic Business Development Manager who is familiar with the latest technologies. In this role you would be responsible for understanding customer challenges and business needs for IT services, building relationships with key customers, qualifying business opportunities and bidding to help Optimoz win preferred vendor status with major commercial clients.


  • Support and position Optimoz to capture new and existing business opportunities for the IT services
  • Support and position Optimoz to capture new IT staff augmentation service contracts
  • Analyze the competition and find the ways to take advantages of Optimoz’s strength to stay on the cutting edge
  • Help to prepare proposals for new business development
  • Take lead within the organization to provide project requirements needed to determine accurate timelines and deliverables
  • Work in tha capacity of account manager and ensure the new clients are on-boarded seamlessly
  • Maintain relationship and in-depth knowledge of assigned client contracts


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with external clients delivering IT solutions
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing or telemarketing
  • Understanding for Software Development Life Cycle and IT Infrastructure
  • Understanding of cloud based SAAS solutions
  • Understanding of business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of new technologies with creativity and due diligence
